Introducing Tessa Tooman, DO’s newest Agency Marketing Intern

Tessa, a local San Diegan, joins DO's Summer Internship Program! Tessa graduated from La Jolla High School and Santa Monica College with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Behavioral Studies. She is currently a Junior at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo studying Journalism with a focus in Public Relations... Go Mustangs!

During her time off Tessa likes to stay active by playing beach volleyball, surfing, baking or just hanging out with family and friends. Tessa is an adventurous person by nature and is always looking to check out new events in or outside of San Diego. She is an avid blogger and has already showed her value as a writer and researcher for the Digital Operative blog.

How do you take your coffee: Usually black or if I’m feeling sassy a 16 oz. almond milk mocha
Fun fact about yourself: I played collegiate beach volleyball ☺
Favorite thing to do on a Saturday: Run by the beach, then go shopping or try something new in San Diego
Cats or Dogs: 100% BOTH
What would you sing at Karaoke night: Dancing Queen (from Mamma Mia)
Do you have a nickname, what is it: My mom calls me Suz…(currently no explanation)
What was your favorite childhood injury: While dog-walking, two dogs dragged me along the grass and almost got into a fight with another dog. My knees were ruined but whatever
If you had an unlimited storage of one thing, what would it be: Trail mix
Which store (online or brick and mortar) would you like to max out your credit card: Urban Outfitters
Can you play any instruments? Used to play piano
