Welcome our new HR Manager, Tamar Etminan!

Digital Operative welcomes our newest San Diego, CA hire- our first Human Resources Manager, Tamar Etminan! Tamar graduated from Michigan State with a Bachelors in Psychology Degree and since then has had plenty of experience throughout her professional career. An expert in her field, Tamar has worked in HR for over 10 years, ranging from mid-sized to large companies including Investment Banks in New York City to the Health and Fitness industry in San Diego.

When Tamar is out of the office you can find her participating in her “go to” hobbies, ranging from yoga, meditation and reading to swimming, painting, and cooking. Tamar also enjoys hanging out with friends to keep her busy.

First thing you do when you get to the office: Coffee. For real, lots of coffee.
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be: I’d be a Psychologist and help families and kids.
How do you take your coffee: In large quantities.
Fun fact about yourself: I’ve been backpacking through Europe and Southeast Asia. I basically just ate my way through every country.
Favorite thing to do on a Saturday: Hang out with my friends and do something active.
Cats or Dogs: Both
What would you sing at Karaoke night: My singing just sounds like loud talking, its terrible…Crossroads by Bone Thugs N Harmony.
Do you have a nickname, what is it: My family calls me MarMar.
What was your favorite childhood injury: I thought it would be a good idea to hold a firecracker once… it wasn’t. Luckily my brother slapped it out of my hand last minute but I still have teeny tiny scars on my wrist.
If you had an unlimited storage of one thing, what would it be: Almond Butter.

Can you play any instruments? Nada.
