The mountains account for 27% of the earth’s surface making today a reason to celebrate -- December 11th is International Mountain day.

What is National Mountain Day?

National Mountain Day is an opportunity to create awareness about the importance of mountains to life. In layman's terms, this is just a day for us to reflect and realize how different our lives would be without the mountains.
